Indian laurel tree

It features thick, glossy, oval-shaped green leaves that grow tightly along its stems. Because its appearance closely resembles that of the Clusia rosea  the two are frequently confused. However, the upward leaf orientation and distinct stem structure point directly to the Ficus family.
